Please read these Terms and Conditions (Agreement) carefully before using the website (Site) operated by Carroll Electric Cooperative Corporation (CECC). The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CECC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
CECC may terminate access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with the Site. This Agreement (and any further rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arkansas, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Changes to the Agreement
CECC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement by posting the updated terms on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Agreement.
Please review the Agreement periodically for changes. If a user does not agree to any of the Agreement or any subsequent changes, do not use, access, or continue to access the Site.
